By accessing or using Zellerly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Zellerly is an eBay seller analytics platform that connects to your eBay account via eBay's official API to provide performance tracking, profit analysis, sourcing intelligence, AI coaching, and business scheduling tools. Zellerly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Zellerly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Free plan is available at no cost with no time limit. Features are limited as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan features with 30 days notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize Zellerly to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime and retain access through the end of your paid period.
We will provide 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Zellerly connects to your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth 2.0 API. Our access is read-only — we cannot post, edit, or delete listings on your behalf. You may revoke API access at any time through your eBay account settings. By connecting your eBay account, you authorize Zellerly to retrieve and display your eBay sales, listing, and transaction data for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Zelly AI Coach feature uses AI language models to provide business insights and recommendations based on your store data. AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only. Zellerly makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on Zelly's output. AI features are available on the Growth plan only.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; share your account or resell access; use the Service to violate eBay's terms of service; or attempt to circumvent any security measures. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Zellerly and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Zellerly and protected by intellectual property laws. Your eBay data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of data retrieved from your eBay account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Zellerly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be 100% accurate. Financial projections and AI insights are estimates only and do not constitute financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zellerly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
