Your privacy matters. Zellerly collects only what is necessary to provide the Service. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Your eBay data is yours.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your eBay sales data with anyone except as required to provide the Service.
Zellerly connects to your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth 2.0 API. We request read-only access to your transaction and listing data. We do not store your eBay password at any time. You can revoke our access at any time from your eBay account under Connected Applications. When you revoke access or delete your account, we delete your eBay data from our systems within 30 days.
When you use the Zelly AI Coach, your store metrics (listing counts, sales figures, sell-through rates, income data) are sent to an AI language model to generate coaching insights. We do not send personally identifiable information such as your name or email to the AI model. AI conversations are not stored permanently and are not used to train AI models.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. Your payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on Zellerly's servers. No security system is 100% secure — in the event of a breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes. eBay transaction data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your data in CSV format using the in-app export feature; opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
Zellerly uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and security. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which does not use cookies or track you across websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
