After creating your Zellerly account, you'll be prompted to connect your eBay account via eBay's official OAuth login. It takes one click — you log into eBay, approve the connection, and you're done. We never see or store your eBay password.
Will it import my past eBay sales? +
Yes. The moment you connect your eBay account, Zellerly imports your full sales history — going back to your very first sale. Your equity curve and all historical KPIs populate immediately, not just from the date you signed up.
How long does setup take? +

What's included in the free tier? +
The free tier includes live KPI tracking, basic sell-through metrics, the haul yield tracker, 5 title optimizer uses per month, and the achievement and streak system. It's genuinely useful — not a crippled demo.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, anytime, with no questions asked. Cancel from your account settings in seconds. Monthly plans end at the next billing date. Annual plans stop at renewal — no refunds for unused months, but you keep access until the end of your paid period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? +
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, Pro features become inaccessible but all your historical data is preserved exactly as it was. Upgrade again at any time and everything is restored instantly.
Is there a discount for paying annually? +
Yes — annual billing includes 2 months free. Pro annual is $149/year ($12.42/month effective). Growth annual is $249/year ($20.75/month effective). You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings.

Yes. The dashboard is completely category-agnostic. All analytics, KPIs, equity curves, and goal tracking work the same whether you sell clothing, electronics, collectibles, sneakers, toys, or anything else on eBay. The What's Hot tab surfaces trending data across all eBay categories too.
How often does the What's Hot data update? +
Every 24 hours. What's Hot pulls real completed listing data from eBay's marketplace daily so you always have a current picture of what's selling fastest and at what price.
How does the tax tracker work? +
The tax tracker calculates your estimated self-employment tax liability (15.3% on 92.35% of net income) and a rough federal income tax estimate based on your earnings. It shows a live quarterly payment countdown and lets you track how much you've set aside vs. what you owe. It's a planning tool — always consult a tax professional for your actual filing.

Is my eBay account safe? +
Yes. We connect via eBay's official OAuth 2.0 API — the same industry-standard method used by every major eBay integration. We never see or store your eBay password. The connection is read-only for analytics purposes. You can revoke access at any time directly from your eBay account settings under "Connected Applications."
